Clean Penny Service is pleased to announce that we will be performing at Rawson Projects on Thursday, May 18th from 6–8 PM.
Visitors are asked to bring a dirty penny to the gallery to be cleaned, free of charge.

Clean Penny service (CPS) is a performance duo of Lizzie Wright and Mike Smith. Established in 2009, our mission is to clean a dirty penny for each passerby, using “natural” methods whenever possible, free of charge. The aim of CPS’s portable laboratory is to provide quick and efficient “while you wait service,” returning even the dirtiest of pennies in minutes. Clean Penny Service has cleaned over 500 pennies- worldwide! CPS has performed at a variety of venues including the Brooklyn Museum, Museum 52, St Cecilia's Convent, and NADA County Art Fair.
